Waren pünktlich, freundlich und kompetent. Haben mir meine Ikea Küche in Neufahrn bei München makelos eingebaut. Kann diese Leistung empfehlen und würde es wieder nutzen. Vielen Dank nochmal

My experience was extremely negative and, unfortunately, fully aligns with the problems described by other customers. We hired the company to install a kitchen, and while the initial conversation with Herr Winter was reassuring, the actual service was completely unacceptable. The start of the work was delayed multiple times without clear communication. When the installation finally began, it was left incomplete after the first day, with numerous serious defects: an incorrectly connected hob, a dishwasher that was not properly installed, large gaps between the worktop and the wall, and leaking pipes. Despite having been paid in advance, Herr Winter repeatedly failed to return to complete the work, cancelling or postponing appointments at short notice and offering various excuses. On one occasion, I travelled from Leipzig to Munich specifically for an agreed appointment, only to be informed on the very same morning that he would not come. The quality of the work itself was extremely poor, as later confirmed by other professionals who were called in to fix the defects.
